What QubrixMail Does
QubrixMail is a scheduling and follow-up tool that helps businesses manage client email communication. You upload a spreadsheet, set follow-up dates, and QubrixMail sends you an approval request when it's time to reach out.
QubrixMail never sends an email to your client without your explicit approval. Every single outbound email requires a human decision.
Your Responsibilities
Review every email before approving
You are solely responsible for the content and accuracy of emails you approve and send.
Use for legitimate business communication only
QubrixMail is designed for client follow-ups, invoices, and scheduled business emails — not mass marketing.
Keep your login credentials secure
Do not share your account. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
Comply with applicable email laws
Laws like GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and CASL apply. QubrixMail is a tool — you remain legally responsible for the emails you send.
Email Sending
Emails are sent using your own email account (Gmail or Outlook). QubrixMail acts as a scheduling layer — it does not have its own sending address for client emails.

By connecting a WhatsApp channel, you agree that:
Lead Discovery & Enrichment
By using lead discovery and enrichment features, you agree to use lead contact data in compliance with applicable laws (including GDPR and India's DPDP Act 2023 where applicable).
You may not use QubrixMail to send unsolicited bulk messages. All outreach must comply with CAN-SPAM, and applicable anti-spam laws.
Your Data
All data you upload (client names, emails, messages) belongs to you. QubrixMail does not claim ownership over your business data.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.

While some of our plans may offer "Unlimited" usage (such as unlimited emails or contacts), all unlimited features are subject to our Fair Usage Policy (FUP). This ensures fair resource allocation and platform stability for everyone.
Service Delivery & Support
Uptime: We strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime for the QubrixMail platform. Occasional downtime for scheduled maintenance may occur, which we will communicate in advance whenever possible.
Support: Technical support is provided via email. We aim to respond to all support queries within 24-48 business hours.
Our Liability
We work hard to keep QubrixMail reliable, but we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption or that emails will be sent at the exact second they are due.
To the extent permitted by law, QubrixMail's liability for any issue is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the six months before the claim.
Termination
You can cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. We also reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms, including accounts used for spam or malicious activity.
If we make significant changes to these terms, we'll notify you by email before the changes take effect.
