How Billing Works
QubrixMail uses a monthly or annual subscription. Your subscription covers unlimited access to all platform features included in your plan.
You will be billed automatically at the start of each billing cycle and will receive an invoice by email each time a payment is processed.
Setup fee: New accounts may require a one-time setup fee. This fee is charged once and is non-refundable, as it covers onboarding work already performed.
Refund Eligibility
To request a refund within the first 30 days, email contact@qubrixmail.com — we review within 5 business days.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation will:
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we'll notify you by email and retry after a few days. If unresolved, your account may be temporarily suspended. Update your payment method at Settings → Billing.
