Subscription & Refund Policy

Details on billing, cancellations, and refunds.

Subscription, Billing & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Structure

The Platform operates on a credit-based subscription model. Usage is defined by the number of operations (credits) assigned to your plan.

2. Fees

  • One-Time Setup Fee: A mandatory setup fee applies to new enterprise accounts.
    • Refund Status: The setup fee is 100% Non-Refundable under all circumstances. This covers the immediate cost of onboarding, server provisioning, and account configuration.
  • Recurring Subscription Fee: Billed monthly or annually in advance.

3. Refund Policy

  • First Billing Cycle: If you choose to cancel within the first 30 days, you may be eligible for a refund of the unused portion of your subscription fee, at the sole discretion of the Provider, minus the non-refundable setup fee.
  • Subsequent Cycles: After the first billing cycle, all subscription fees are Non-Refundable. No pro-rated refunds will be issued for cancellations made mid-cycle.

4. Subscription Expiry & Credit Expiry

  • Credit Reset: Usage credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month unless explicitly stated in your specific enterprise agreement.
  • Expiry Consequence: Upon subscription expiry or payment failure, the account enters a "Read-Only" or "Safe Mode." Drafting and sending capabilities will be suspended immediately.
  • Service Suspension: The Provider reserves the right to suspend accounts that exceed their assigned credit limits until a plan upgrade or top-up is processed.

5. Termination

You may terminate your subscription at any time via the account dashboard. Termination stops future billing but does not generate a refund for the current billing period (except as noted for the first cycle).
