Email Usage & Safety Policy
1. Allowed Use
The Platform is strictly for legitimate business operations, transactional updates, and approved B2B communication.
2. Prohibited Content
You receive a limited license to use the Platform, subject to the following restrictions. You may NOT use the Platform to transmit:
- Unsolicited marketing emails (Spam).
- Content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassment, defamatory, or hateful.
- Phishing scams, malware, or deceptive content.
3. System Authority & Safeguards
- Human-in-the-Loop: All emails regarding client communication MUST be approved by a human agent. The Platform's automated logic stops at the "Draft" stage.
- Identity Integrity: You agree not to spoof identities or use invalid "From" addresses. The Platform enforces strict sender identity verification.
- Approval Security: Email approval links are time-bound, single-use, and cryptographically secured. Once an action is approved or rejected, the link becomes invalid. Repeated or reused approval attempts will be rejected automatically.
4. Abuse & Suspension
- Zero Tolerance: We preserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account found to be using the Platform for spam or malicious activity.
- Incident Reporting: If the Platform detects high bounce rates or spam complaints associated with your account, your sending capabilities may be paused pending a manual review.
5. Liability for Sent Content
The User assumes full legal liability for the content of every email sent. The Platform is a passive conduit for approved messages and claims no editorial control over your communications.
