Our safety commitments
Every email requires your approval
QubrixMail prepares a draft and presents it to you for review. Nothing goes to your client without your explicit click.
Approval links are secure and single-use
Every approval link is unique, time-limited, and expires after use. It cannot be reused, forwarded, or clicked twice.
We monitor for abuse
If we detect signs of high bounce rates or spam complaints, we may pause sending and contact you for a review.
You are the sender
When you click Approve and send an email through QubrixMail, it comes from your inbox. You are the legal sender and are responsible for the content of that email and its consequences. Your approval is your signature on every email.

- Reply directly to the sender to opt out (all emails come from their real inbox).
