Inviting Team Members
Add colleagues to your QubrixMail account so they can help manage approvals and reports.
How to Invite Someone

Go to Dashboard → Team

Click Invite Member

Enter their email address

Select a role: Approver or Viewer

Click Send Invitation
They will receive an email with a link to create their account and join your workspace.
Invitation Details
Invitations expire after 7 days
If the link expires, you can resend from Dashboard → Team → Pending Invitations
New members set their own password when accepting
You can revoke a pending invitation before it is accepted
Managing Members
Change a member's role using the role dropdown in the members table
Remove a member using the remove button
You cannot change your own role or remove yourself
You cannot modify or remove other Admins
Team Size Limits: Business plan supports up to 5 team members (including the account owner/Admin).
