Connecting Resend to QubrixMail
Resend is the recommended provider — modern API, excellent deliverability, 3,000 free emails per month.
Required plan: Standard or Business

Create a Resend Account
Go to resend.com and sign up free. No credit card required for the free tier.

Add and Verify Your Domain
- In Resend dashboard → Domains → Add Domain
- Enter your domain (e.g. yourbusiness.com)
- Add the DNS records shown to your domain registrar
- Wait for verification (usually 5–30 minutes)
No domain? You can use Resend's shared domain for testing, but a custom domain is recommended for business use.

Create an API Key
- In Resend dashboard → API Keys → Create API Key
- Name it something like "QubrixMail"
- Permission: "Sending access" is sufficient
- Copy the key — it starts with
re_
Important: The key is only shown once. Copy it immediately before closing the dialog.

Add to QubrixMail
- Go to Dashboard → Settings → Email Provider
- Select Resend as your provider
- Paste your API key in the API Key field
- Enter your verified from email address
- Enter your display name
- Click Save & Encrypt

Send a Test Email
Click Send Test Email. A verification email will arrive in your inbox within seconds. Once verified, all your follow-up emails will route through Resend.

- 3,000 emails/month
- 100 emails/day
- Sufficient for most small business use cases
