Sends the email to your client immediately — exactly as drafted. The email goes out from your own inbox.

Personalise

Edit Before Sending

Opens the email so you can update the subject, message, or any detail before it's sent. Full control, every time.

What if I miss the notification?

No problem. The email stays in Pending Approval state until you take action. Find all pending emails in the Follow-ups section of your dashboard.

Can I approve from my phone?

Yes. Approval emails work just like regular emails — open them on any device and click the approval link directly from your phone.
