What if I miss the notification?
No problem. The email stays in Pending Approval state until you take action. Find all pending emails in the Follow-ups section of your dashboard.
Can I approve from my phone?
Yes. Approval emails work just like regular emails — open them on any device and click the approval link directly from your phone.
