Roles & Permissions

QubrixMail has three roles that control what each team member can see and do.

Admin

The account owner and primary manager. There is one Admin per account.

Can

Approve and reject emails
Manage email templates
View all analytics and reports
Export CSV reports
Invite and remove team members
Change team member roles
Manage billing and subscription
Connect and disconnect email accounts
Approver

Team members who help manage the approval workflow.

Can

Approve and reject follow-up emails
Edit emails before approving
View tasks and their status
Use and create email templates
View analytics and export reports

Cannot

Manage team members
Change billing or subscription
Access Settings → Integrations
Viewer

Read-only access for stakeholders who need visibility without taking action.

Can

View tasks and their current status
View analytics dashboards
View reports (but cannot export CSV)

Cannot

Approve or reject any emails
Create or edit templates
Access team or billing settings

Role-Based UI

Viewers see a View Only badge instead of Approve/Reject buttons on all task cards. A tooltip explains they should contact their Admin to approve.

Team management pages are only accessible to the Admin. Billing and subscription settings are Admin-only.

Approval Email Routing

On Business plan, when a scheduled email is ready for approval, the approval notification is sent to all Approver and Admin users in the company — not just the account owner. The first person to click Approve or Reject wins. All other approval links for that email are automatically invalidated.
