Roles & Permissions
QubrixMail has three roles that control what each team member can see and do.
The account owner and primary manager. There is one Admin per account.

Read-only access for stakeholders who need visibility without taking action.

Role-Based UI
Viewers see a View Only badge instead of Approve/Reject buttons on all task cards. A tooltip explains they should contact their Admin to approve.
Team management pages are only accessible to the Admin. Billing and subscription settings are Admin-only.
Approval Email Routing
On Business plan, when a scheduled email is ready for approval, the approval notification is sent to all Approver and Admin users in the company — not just the account owner. The first person to click Approve or Reject wins. All other approval links for that email are automatically invalidated.
