How QubrixMail's AI uses your company profile and saved templates to write better, more relevant follow-up emails for each client.
What the AI knows
When drafting your follow-up emails, the AI uses all of the following context:
Your company description
What your business does, who your clients are, your industry — used to set the right context and tone for every email.
Your preferred tone
Professional, friendly, formal, or casual — the AI matches the voice you set in your company profile.
Your email language
English, Hindi, or Hinglish — the AI writes in the language you configured.
Your signature
Name and contact details to sign each email with — pulled from your company profile.
Your saved templates
If you have templates saved, the AI uses the most relevant one as a starting point, then personalizes it for each specific client.
The client context
The client's name, subject, and the original message from your Excel file — so each email is specifically about them.
What the AI never does
Setting up your profile
The more detail you provide, the more relevant the AI drafts become.
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Company Profile to configure:
Using templates with AI
If you have saved templates in Dashboard → Templates, the AI automatically finds the most relevant one for each follow-up and uses it as a base — then personalizes it for the specific client using their name, subject, and message from your Excel file.
You can always edit the draft before approving. The AI is a starting point — you remain in full control.
