Connecting Brevo to QubrixMail
Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) offers a generous free tier with 300 emails/day and solid deliverability for transactional mail.
Required plan: Standard or Business

Create a Brevo Account
Go to brevo.com and sign up free. The free plan allows 300 emails/day with no credit card required.

Authenticate Your Sender Domain
- Settings → Senders & IPs → Domains
- Add your domain and follow the DNS authentication steps
- Verify the domain once DNS changes have propagated
Domain authentication is strongly recommended to maximise deliverability and avoid spam filters.

Create an API Key
- Profile (top-right) → SMTP & API
- Under "API Keys" tab → Generate a new API key
- Name it "QubrixMail" and copy the key immediately

Add to QubrixMail
- Dashboard → Settings → Email Provider
- Select Brevo
- Paste your API key, enter your verified from email and display name
- Save & Encrypt → Send Test Email

- Excellent for consistent daily follow-up volumes
