A sortable table showing every contact you have emailed, with columns:
Click any column header to sort. Use the search bar to filter by name or email. Filter by status using the dropdown.

Top Engaged Contacts
The 5 contacts with the highest reply rates — so you know who is most responsive to your follow-ups.
Needs Attention
The 5 contacts with the lowest open rates (among those who have received 3+ emails) — highlighting who may need a different approach.
System Action Log
A timeline of automated actions taken by QubrixMail's optimization engine — for example, when a contact was automatically paused due to hard bounces.
CSV Export
Click Export CSV in the top-right corner to download a spreadsheet of your complete contact engagement data. The file includes all columns from the contact table, formatted for Excel.
Accessing: Go to Dashboard → Reports → Advanced Reports. Free and Basic plan users are redirected to the upgrade page.
