Connecting Mailgun to QubrixMail
Mailgun offers advanced domain authentication and flexible SMTP routing. Free tier includes 1,000 emails/month.
Required plan: Standard or Business

Create a Mailgun Account
Go to mailgun.com and sign up. The free tier (Flex plan) includes 1,000 emails/month.

Add and Verify Your Sending Domain
- Sending → Domains → Add New Domain
- Enter your domain (e.g. mail.yourbusiness.com)
- Add the TXT, MX, and CNAME records shown to your DNS registrar
- Click Verify DNS Settings after DNS propagates (5–30 min)

Get Your API Key
- In the Mailgun dashboard → select your domain
- Go to Domain Settings → API Keys
- Copy the Private API Key for your domain
Use the domain-specific API key, not the primary account key, for better security scoping.

Add to QubrixMail
- Dashboard → Settings → Email Provider
- Select Mailgun
- Paste your API key, enter your verified from email and display name
- Save & Encrypt → Send Test Email
Mailgun Free Tier Limits
- 1,000 emails/month on the Flex plan
- Requires a verified custom domain
- Suitable for low-volume follow-up workflows
