Your data belongs to you
Everything you upload — client names, emails, messages — is yours. We use it only to run your scheduled emails. Full stop.
What information we collect
Account Information
Your name and business email address. Billing details processed securely through our payment provider.
Uploaded Data
The Excel files you upload — client names, emails, messages, and dates — used only to run your scheduled emails.
Activity Records
A log of which emails were approved and sent through the platform, so you have a clear communication history.

How we protect your data
Encryption in transit & at rest
All data is encrypted when transferred and when stored on our servers.
OAuth authorisation
Your email connection uses standard OAuth — we never see or store your password.
Account isolation
Your data is only accessible to your account. No other user can see it.
HTTPS everywhere
All traffic between your browser and QubrixMail is encrypted with HTTPS.
Your rights
Access
Request a copy of all data we hold about you.
Correct
Ask us to correct any inaccurate information.
Delete
Delete your account and all associated data.
Export
Request an export of your data at any time.

Data Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as required to provide the service. If you delete your account, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
